QMH is a materials handling company focused on providing storage solutions for growing companies in Southern California. The firm was founded by Hector Pinto and employs 50 and is celebrating its 30th year in business. For years, QMH operated on Sage 100 and many spreadsheets. The on-premises Sage 100 system was only used for financials. Everything else was done outside the system on spreadsheets, which made it hard to track inventory, see project profitability or get an accurate picture of the company’s status. It took several hours to manually compile information for weekly status meetings. The lack of a cloud-based system held the company back.
